However, job listings can disappear quickly — sometimes within hours — because the role gets filled, the employer removes it, or the job board takes it down. This is completely normal and happens on every job site in the world, not just ours. Simply search for the job title + company name directly on Indeed or LinkedIn. The role may still be open with a fresh listing, or you can find the company's own careers page to apply directly — which is often the better route anyway.

If your CV shows a mix of unrelated work experience — for example, retail, admin, and healthcare roles together — our AI struggles to identify a clear career focus and therefore can't pinpoint specific strong matches or missing skills for any one target role. The more focused your CV is on a particular field, the more accurate and useful your skills gap report will be. If you're getting an ATS score around 50 or below, this is usually a sign that your CV doesn't yet clearly signal one professional direction — tailoring it to a specific role before scanning will significantly improve both your score and your skills gap results.
